TechCentralSF and Google Places are partnering again to launch The Startup Mixer + 60 second spots on December 28th at 6 pm. The first 150 guests who register will be able to enjoy the festivities at Pedro's Cantina will receive complementary entry courtesy of Google Places, simply for writing 20 Places reviews of local San Francisco businesses. Networking and pitches from some of the hottest new startups plus open mic time for new up and comers! This is sure to be a fantastic event! Guests will be encouraged to download the Google Places app straight to their phones to start rating their favorite San Francisco places (google.com/mobile/places ( http://google.com/mobile/places ) ). To spice things up, Google Places will host a contest leading up to the event, with the grand prize of a brand new Motorola Tablet! Each review written will be another entry into the contest, so the more reviews written, the greater your chances are to walk out with a new Tablet.
